Through training students increase their fitness and flexibility within an energizing session.

Learning techniques of traditional martial arts helps the mind and reactions to become sharper.

Concepts include self-confidence and awareness.

Cool down elements at the end of each session allows the mind and body to relax.

An all round physical and mental workout designed to be enjoyable.

Adult beginners are welcome on Thursday nights 8 to 9 pm. 

Experienced students are welcome on Tuesday nights 8 to 9 pm.
